Anytime Anywhere Potato Salad

I used to frequent the cutest little coffee shop. The owners were the sweetest couple, and they always made sure that they sent me home with a delicious homecooked meal or treat.

After searching for years to recreate that potato salad, I created my own recipe - combining my favorite flavors from that original potato salad, my own southern cooking style, and of course a little hemp seasoning!

Give it a try, and let me know how much you love it!



  1. Place halved potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender; strain and let cool slightly.

  2. Toss cooked potatoes in a large bowl with all remaining ingredients.

  3. Check for seasoning, adjust and serve. Serve warm, room temperature or chilled.
