Healthy and Delish - cannaGrilled Salmon
Heart Healthy Salmon is available at most stores and is a great source of nutrition and health boosting terpenes.
According to health watch, “Salmon is particularly high in selenium, an important nutrient that is involved in DNA synthesis, thyroid hormone metabolism, and reproductive health ( 3 ). It's also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, a type of heart-healthy fat that can decrease inflammation and support brain health ( 4 ).”
This recipe has all my favorite components - easy, healthy and filled with cannabinoid options.
I serve this on a bed of locally sourced greens that have been sautéed in canna olive oil, garlic and a touch of white wine that cooks off.

2 tablespoons Hemp Smokey Maple Seasoning
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cannabis olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 - 2 pounds salmon cut into filets
Combine Hemp Maple Seasoning, sugar, oil and vinegar in small bowl. Cover salmon with the paste and allow to rest in fridge 30 minutes or so.
To Grill - salmon goes skin-side down over medium heat.
Cover and Grill about 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily - cooking time will depend in thickness of filets.
Use your spatula to remove the fish - don’t worry about leaving the skin behind - you don’t want it anyway.
Place on bed of greens and serve - enjoy!!
