Crunchy veggies like Brussels sprouts may also help you stave off other health issues, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, and diabetes. Brussels sprouts also have carotenoids, colorful pigments found in plants, which are good for your eyes."

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts, halved

  • 1/4 cup cannabis olive oil

  • 2 tblspns Culinary Cannabis Hemp Ranch Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F.

  1. In a bowl, combine brussels sprouts and olive oil.

  2. In a separate bowl combine and SET ASIDE - bread crumbs, Hemp Ranch and parmesan cheese to use later.

  3. Spread Brussel sprouts on a sheet pan sprayed with vegetable oil. Bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven.

  5. Top with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and Hemp Ranch Seasoning mixed together.

  6. Bake for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
